To rent a car, you need a valid driving licence that you have had for at least 6 months, as well as an identity card or passport. An EC or credit card is also required.

Yes, we offer one-way rentals where you can drop off the car at a different location. Please note, however, that this often incurs additional fees.

You must notify the police immediately and us within 48 hours if the vehicle has been involved in an accident or in the event of damage, even if no third party was involved.

Our tariffs include liability insurance within the scope of the statutory requirements. In addition, you have the option of purchasing a liability reduction with the comprehensive insurance option to reduce your liability up to the amount of an excess. Additional options such as tyre and glass cover can also be purchased. You are also welcome to enquire with the staff at our branches, who will provide you with comprehensive advice.   

Payment is usually made when the car is collected.

To drive our vehicles, you - and all your drivers - must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions apply to groups A and P, which require a minimum age of 19 years. If you or your additional driver are under the age of 25 at the time of collection, we charge an additional fee for each young driver. 

Some tariffs include unlimited kilometres, while others have a limit. Check this in the rental agreement or enquire with the staff at our branches.

In most cases, you can reserve a vehicle class and not a specific model. We will do our best to comply with your wishes as far as we can, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific model.

Yes, you can register one or more additional drivers for a fee of €10.50 each.
